摘 要:10名被试者在半径6m的人体离心机上,承受了头一盆向超重(+Gz)作用。记录和分析了双额导联和额一乳突导联上的脑阻抗图。发现,随着超重(G)值的增加,脑阻抗图的幅值、升角、顶角和波形均发生了变化。结果表明,尽管机体内存在着各种代偿机制,在较高G值作用时,由于流体静水柱效应的影响,脑循环还是受到了损害。并且提示,脑阻抗图有可能作为+Gz耐力评价的客观指标。10 healthy young men,aged 18-23 were exposed to +Gz stress on a human centrifuge with 6-m radius. Rheoencephalogram of the frontal-frontal and frontal-mastoid leads were recorded and analyzed. It was found that amplitute, ascent angle, peatangle and shape of rheoencephalogram changed with the increase of +Gz. Results showed that in spite of theexistance of the various compensatory mechanisms,impairment of the cerebral circulation still occured due to the hydrostatic effect of the blood column of high G levels and rheoencephalogram as an objective in dicator of human +Gz tolerence would be possible.
