摘　　要：通过对案例小区进行为期5个月的测试调研,并通过模拟的手段,分析了集中供热小区的耗热量、管网损失、不均匀损失和调节方式的现状,指出了供热系统设计、调节、运行等方面存在的问题。Analyses the current situation,of heat consumption, pipe heat loss, imbalance heat loss and adjustment ways of the housing estate through a 5-month case testing and DeST simulation. Points out the problems in designing, adjusting and operating of the central heating system.
