摘　　要：超高超限工程大量涌现,其专业性、复杂性、特殊性引起大家的关注。结合现行国家规范、标准、管理程序等方面,对该类工程设计的问题进行了归纳、总结,明确了关键环节,并对应现行规范的章节进行了深入的剖析。在设计方法、构件处理上进行了详细论述。Because more and more super high and overrun projects emerge in large numbers, their professionalization, complexity and speciality are paid more attention. Combined with the Chinese code, specification and management procedures, etc. ,the engineering design questions for those projects were summarized, the key links were elucidated and the code items were analyzed in-depth. Many design methods and members handling measures were provided in detail.
