摘 要:随着墙体改革和建筑节能的发展,砌墙砖的块型发生了较大的改变,原有砌体沿通缝抗剪强度试验方法的准确性需要进行对比研究。通过有限元分析,得到了试验方法、砖砌体的尺寸和弹性模量对剪切试件灰缝截面应力分布的影响规律,分析了欧盟和我国标准试验方法之间的差异。通过对42个不同砖砌体,采用不同的试验方法的对比试验及对细观塑性分析模型的分析,得到我国标准试验方法的抗剪强度是欧盟方法的0.8倍。经由试验结果验证的细观塑性分析模型的分析结果,得到了不同试验方法时砖砌体沿通缝抗剪强度平均值的计算公式。With the development of wall-materials reform and building energy efficiency, bricks type was changed. The accuracy of shear strength of brick along horizontal bed joints according to earlier test method needs to conduct a comparative study. By the finite element analysis, the influence of test methods, the size of the bricks and the elastic modulus of brick on the stress distribution of mortar joint in specimen were got, and the difference of the stress distribution in test method standards in the EN and China was analyzed. Through test results of 42 shear specimen in different test methods and the analysis of micro-model, the shear strength of brick in Chinese standard test method is 0. 8 times that in EN method. The formula of shear strength of brick along horizontal bed joints were obtained in the calculations of the micro- model verified by test results.
