摘 要:将热电联产机组的热力系统划分为主凝汽、联产抽汽以及辅助汽水3个循环,在此基础上建立了基于质量单元的适用于热电联产机组热力系统主辅热力循环的通用计算方程和热电联产机组的热电分摊模型。以300MW热电联产机组为例,分别利用热量法、实际焓降法及质量单元分摊法对其热经济指标进行了计算。结果表明,所建模型具有准确度高、通用性强等特点,可为热电联产机组编制通用热电分摊计算软件提供依据。The thermal system in cogeneration units was divided into three cycles.main condensate cycle,cogeneration extraction cycle and auxiliary steam-water cycle. On this basis, the mass unit based universal calculation equation that was suitable to the main and auxiliary thermodynamic cycles in cogeneration unit thermal systems were established. Moreover,the calculation models of thermoelectric allocation for cogeneration units were constructed. Then,the calorimetric method, the actual enthalpy drop method and the above mass unit based thermo-electric cost allocation al- gorithm were employed to conduct thermal economic analysis on a 300 MW cogeneration unit. The results show that, this mass unit based model has advantages of high accuracy and strong u- niversity, which can provide basis for compiling calculation software for thermoelectric allocation in cogeneration units.
