摘　　要：本文对近代宏观经济思想的演变过程作了扼要的回顾 ,可以看到 ,无论从古典学派到凯恩斯主义再到现代学派 ,关于市场机制作用方面两种观点的对峙 ,至今难以统一。　　国外学者在宏观经济思想上的争论对我国具有借鉴意义。本文认为 ,我国宏观调控宜以结构调整为主 ,并侧重供应管理 ,同时应加快市场经济建设的步伐 ,减少政府的直接干预。This article is to review the historical change of macroeconomic ideas since Adam·Smith. The controversies among economists in this period are mostly on the functions of mechanism of market.The auther considers that the controversies on macroeconomic ideas have significant meanings to our macroeconomic policymaking. The structure adjustment is more important comparing to general adjustment, the supply management should been paid more attention to demand management Chinese economy should reduce the direct intervention of government, meanwhile to accelarate the process of reconstructing market economy.
