摘　　要：目的此项调查研究旨在了解四川省基层卫生机构卫生信息系统功能建设状况,为进一步加强基层卫生信息建设工作提供相关实证依据。方法调查对象涉及全省14个地区和市、42个县、118个基层卫生机构,采用问卷调查和现场考察的方法。结果近几年四川省基层医疗卫生信息系统的建设速度明显加快,调查对象中57.63%的基层医疗机构已建立起医疗卫生信息系统,但部分基层医疗卫生机构的健康档案管理、健康信息服务功能建设方面还处于初级阶段。33%的人员希望专业技术人员上门进行技术指导,11%的人员希望以全脱产接受培训。结论当前基层医疗卫生信息系统基本功能建设工作还处于初期阶段,工作重点在于人才的培养,需要政府继续加大力度投入和社会各界的支持。只有通过不懈努力进行内涵建设,才能实现基层卫生信息建设工作长足发展。Objective To investigate the construction conditions of the Fundamental function for Primary Health Information System （PHIS） in Siehuan Province and to provide relevant empirical basis for further strengthen the constructions of PHIS. Methods The employed staffs were investigated with base status survey in 118 primary health institutions, involved in the province＇s 14 district and city, 42 counties. Observation on the spots was also performed in several districts. Results In recent years, the construction rate of the PHIS has been accelerated significantly in Sichuan province. 57.63% primary medical institutions have established the PHIS. However, health records management and health information services function construction is still in their infancy stage in some basic medical institutions. The survey showed 33% staffs look forward to be instructed in-door by professional staffs. Moreover, 11% staffs hope to have off-job training. Conclusion Current work in Fundamental function of the PHIS is still at an early stage. Further work should focus on the personnel training. With the increasing investment from government and the community support, the rapid development of the PHIS construction will be achieved.
