摘  要:目的:建立替代对照品法快速确证茚地那韦、利托那韦、洛匹那韦的方法.方法:以利托那韦为参比物,采用有效相对保留时间和紫外光谱相似度双指标定性分析;采用相对校正因子进行定量分析.结果:建立了三种抗艾滋病药物的紫外光谱库;茚地那韦、利托那韦和洛匹那韦的有效相对保留时间分别为:0.466~0.518,1.000和1.664~1.840;茚地那韦、利托那韦和洛匹那韦的相对校正因子分别为0.858 7,1.000 0,0.752 0.结论:该方法快速、简便,适用于药品的快速检测,可作为近红外快筛技术确证方法.Objective: To establish a fast confirmatory method for indinavir, ritonavir and lopinavir by replacement method of chemical reference substance. Methods: Ritonavir was used as the reference, the effective relative retention time and spectral similarity were applied in the qualitative analysis, and the relative correction factor was employed in the quantitative analysis. Results: The ul- traviolet spectral library of the 3 anti-HIV drugs was established. The effective relative retention time of indinavir, ritonavir and ]opina- vir was 0. 466-0. 518, 1. 000 and 1. 664-1. 840, respectively. The relative correction factor of indinavir, ritonavir and lop'inavir was 0. 858 7,1. 000 0 and 0. 752 0,respectively. Conclusion: The method is rapid and simple, and suitable for the rapid determination of drugs after NIR screening.
