摘 要:目的:研究洋葱总黄酮的大孔树脂纯化工艺条件。方法:通过对洋葱总黄酮在4种大孔树脂上的吸附与解析附特性的比较,筛选最佳树脂,并对该树脂影响因素进行系统研究。结果:纯化工艺以AB-8大孔树脂分离洋葱总黄酮,样品浓度为3.48 mg·ml^(-1),上样体积为2倍柱体积(BV),先用蒸馏水洗脱3BV除杂,再用3BV的70%乙醇解析。结论:所得产品总黄酮平均含量为66.84%,此工艺操作简便,稳定性好。Objective: To study the optimal technology for the purification of total flavones from Allium cepa L. by macroporous resin. Methods: Four different kinds of macroporous resins were studied using the static capacity of adsorption and desorption as the index, and the best resin was selected for the purification of the total flavones. The influencing factors of the best resin were also stud- ied comprehensively. Results: The appropriate technological conditions were as follows: the sample concentration was 3.48 mg ·ml^-1, the ratio of sample and AB-8 macroporous resin was 2:1 ( V/V), 3 BV of water was used as the purificant and 3 BV of 70% al- cohol was used as the eluant. Conclusion : The average content of total flavones is 66.84%, and the optimal procedure is simple and stable."
