摘　　要：目的:建立消乳癖颗粒中甘露醇的HPLC-ELSD测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,蒸发光散射检测器。色谱柱:Carbomix-Ca柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温:65℃;流动相:水,流速:0.6 ml·min^(-1);ELSD条件:漂移管温度:110℃,载气流速:3.0 L·min^(-1)。结果:甘露醇在0.554~9.964μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 6,平均回收率为101.1%,RSD=1.67%(n=6)。结论:方法简便,结果准确,可用于测定消乳癣颗粒中甘露醇的含量。Objective： To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the content determination of mannitol in Xiaorupi granules. Meth- ods ： A Carbomix-Ca column （ 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used, the mobile phase was pure water with a flow rate of 0.6 ml·min^-1 , and the column temperature was 65℃. The temperature of drift tube heater in ELSD was 110℃ with the gas rate of 3.0 L ·min^-1. Results： The linear range of mannitol was 0.554-9. 964 μg（ r = 0. 999 6）. The average recovery was 101.1% with RSD of 1.67% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate. It can be used to determinate the contont of mannitol of Xiaorupi granules.
