摘　　要：目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定胡椒碱胶囊中胡椒碱含量。方法:以甲醇-水(77:23)为流动相,经Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分离,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长343 nm。结果:胡椒碱在0.5~50.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),方法学精密度、重复性和稳定性均小于2%,胡椒碱平均回收率103.02%±4.09%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于测定胡椒碱胶囊中胡椒碱含量。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of piperine capsules. Methods： The samples were sep- arated on a RP-C18 column （ Diamonsil,200 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）with the mobile phase of methanol-water（77：23 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 343 nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.5-50.0μg·ml^-1 for piperine with the correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The average recovery was 103.02% ± 4.09% （n = 9 ）. Conclusion： The method is reliable, precise and reproducible in the content determination of piperine capsules.
