摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定活血溶栓丸中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以AgiIent Zorbax ExtendC_(18)为色谱柱;以甲醇-乙腈-1.0%甲酸(20:11:69)为流动相;检测波长为286 nm;流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:丹酚酸B在进样量0.227~22.710μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.05%。结论:该方法简便易行、重复性好,可用于活血溶栓丸中丹酚酸B的含量测定。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Huoxue Rongshuan pills. Methods： An Eclipse Agilent Zorbax Extend-Cis column was used with methanol-acetonitrile-1.0% formic acid（20： 11：69）as the mo- bile phase . The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 286 nm. Results： The linear relationship was good within the concentration range of 0.227-22. 710 μg （ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 100.3% （ RSD = 1.05% ）. Conclu- sion： The method is simple and accurate with good specificity and reproducibility, and it can be used in the content determination of Huoxue Rongshuan pills.
