病案对外服务的延伸

摘　　要：针对目前病案复印中存在的外埠患者劳苦往返、复印申请人证件携带不全等问题,通过在各病区图示病案复印流程和审批制度等多种途径,提示有复印需求的患者,告知主管医生需复印出院病历,并备齐规定的有效身份证件。医生尽可能在患者出院时,完成病历并送达病案室归档复印;如因各种原因患者出院时,病历不能移交,病案室为需病案复印邮寄服务的患者,办理预约复印登记,负责5日内回收复印并通知快递公司按患者要求将病案复印件送达其指定地点。该方法能减少患者经济和时间成本、提高病历质量和书写速度、增强病案复印效率、保障医疗安全、巩固和拓展医疗市场,树立了医院"窗口"形象,构建良好和谐的医患关系,对推动医院发展产生了积极的影响。Aiming at the problems existing in the process of medical record duplication such as inconvenient round trip of patients from other cities and incomplete certificates of the duplication proposers, we notify the patients who have the demand of duplication to inform their charged doctors and prepare completely valid identity certificate stated through various of ways such as the graphical representation process and approval system in every ward. The doctors should finish the medical records when the patients leave the hospital and send to medical record department for archiving and duplicating. If the medical records could not transfer as soon as the patients leave the hospital as a result of various reasons, the medical record department could conduct mail service for the patients who have the demands, and perform appointment duplication registration, then complete the recycling and duplication of the medical records within five days and notice the express company to send the copies to certain places. This method can decrease the economy and time cost, improve the quality and writing speed of medical records, strengthen the efficiency of duplication, guarantee medical treatment safety, consolidate and expand medical market, build up the ＂window＂ image of the hospital, establish harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, and have a positive influence to the development of the hospital.
