早期先天性梅毒脏器损害的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨早期先天性梅毒脏器损害的临床特点,提高早期诊疗水平。方法对2011年1月—2013年7月收治的24例早期先天性梅毒患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结其临床特征。结果 24例患儿中,皮肤损害者15例(63%),肝脏损害者14例(58%),血液系统损害者11例(46%),肺脏损害者7例(29%),消化系统损害者6例(25%),心脏损害者3例(12%),肌肉骨骼损害者2例(8%),神经系统损害者2例(8%),多脏器损害者19例(79%)。结论早期先天性梅毒临床表现多样,可引起多个脏器损害,对不明原因的皮疹、肝功损害、贫血、发热、腹胀等临床表现的小儿应引起重视,及时进行筛查先天性梅毒,以利于该病早期诊断和治疗。Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of early stage congenital syphilis organ damage and improve its early diagnosis and treatment. Methods Clinical data of 24 children of early stage congenital syphilis from January 2011 to July 2013 were analyzed retrospectively and its clinical features were summarized. Results I＇n the 24 cases, there w^re 15 cases of skin damage （ 63% ）, 14 cases of liver damage （ 58% ） ,11 cases of blood system damage （ 46% ）, 7 cases of lung damage （ 29% ）, 6 cases of digestive system damage （ 25% ）, 3 cases of cardiac damage （ 12% ）, 2 cases of muscle or skeletal damage （ 8% ）, 2 cases of nervous system damage （ 8% ） , and 19 cases with multiple organ damage （ 79% ） . Conclusions The early stage congenital syphilis could cause multiple organ damage and had various clinical features, so we should attach great importance to unknown cause of clinical symptoms such as skin rash, liver damage, anemia, fever, abdominal distension and so on, and we should conduct timely screening of congenital syphilis, which would be helpful for the early diagnosis and treatment of the diseases.
