摘 要:以某炼厂减压渣油为研究对象,在高压反应釜中,以硫铁化合物的形式存在的黄铁矿作为催化剂。在不同粒度下分别采用正交和单因素实验方法考察了温度、氢初压和反应时间对其加氢轻质化的影响。结果表明:该油样的加工性能尚好;当其粒度为200目时,通过L9(34)正交实验,获得油样加氢轻质化的适宜工艺条件:T=440℃,氢初压p(H2)=6 MPa,t=45 min,且温度对沸程≤330℃馏分的收率(η≤33℃)影响高度显著,对生焦率影响显著。催化剂加入量单因素考察结果表明,加入量从1%增至5%,生焦率由7.84%降低到4%,对η≤330℃无影响,约为60%;当其粒度为50 000目(254 nm)时,生焦率降低至2.95%,但η≤330℃同时降低为40.29%。Pyrite is used to catalyze the hydro-lightening reaction of petroleum vacuum residue sample in a highpressure reactor at low-pressure in this study.The effects of temperature,initial hydrogen pressure and reaction time on the hydro-lightening are investigated.The results show that the petroleum vacuum residue exhibits a perfect processing property.When the particle size of pyrite is 200 mesh,the optimal conditions for hydro-lightening are shown as follows:440℃ of temperature,6 MPa of hydrogen pressure and 45 minutes of reaction time.And the temperature has a highly significant impact on value of η≤330℃ and coke yield.The results of single factor experiment for addition of catalyst shows that the rate of coke yield is reduced from 7.84% to 4% when the amount of catalyst is increased from 1% to 5%.However,the addition of catalyst has no impact on the value of η≤330℃,which is about 60%.When the particle size of pyrite is 50000 mesh (254 nm),the rate of coke yield decreases to 2.95%,and η≤330℃ decreases to 40.29%.
