摘　　要：对固体电解质钽电容器指数分布的失效率鉴定和威布尔分布失效率鉴定方案进行了研究。分析两种方案的原理和特点,并比较了两种方案的适用性。The two kinds of failure rate evaluation which were based on exponential distribution and Weibull distribution respectively for solid tantalum capacitors were studied in this paper. The principles and characteristics of the two evaluation methods were analyzed. The applicability of the two methods was compared.
