异常体动脉供血正常左肺下叶的CT表现

摘　　要：目的探讨异常体动脉供血正常左肺下叶的CT表现,提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析8例确诊为异常体动脉供血正常左肺下叶及25例确诊为肺隔离症的CT表现,并对比分析两者的病灶位置、形态、与支气管关系、供血动脉来源及直径等。结果 8例异常体动脉供血正常左肺下叶与25例肺隔离症的胸痛、反复咳嗽咳痰及发热等症状的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两者的病灶部位、密度及形态差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。病灶与正常支气管相通发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。异常体动脉供血正常左肺下叶直径为11.88±1.13mm,肺隔离症供血动脉直径为5.96±0.98mm,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论异常体动脉供血正常左肺下叶与肺隔离症CT表现不同,CT增强扫描可确诊异常体动脉供血正常左肺下叶。Objective To study the CT findings of anomalous arterial supply to the normal left lower lobe, and to improve the understanding of this disease. Mctbods The CT findings of 8 patients with anomalous arterial supply to the normal left lower lobe and 25 patients with pulmonary sequestration were retrospectively analyzed, and the location, shape and relationship with bronchus of focuses were contrastively analyzed. Results The incidence of chest pain, recurrent cough and fever was significantly different （P〈0.01） in 8 cases of anomalous arterial supply to the normal left lower lobe and 25 cases of pulmonary sequestration. The location, densiW and shape of the lesions were significantly different （P〈0.01）. The incidence of normal bronchus in the lesions was significantly different （P〈0.01）. The diameter of anomalous artery supply to the normal left lower lobe （11.88 ± 1.13mm） and the blood supply artery of pulmonary sequestration （5.96 ± 0.98mm） was significantly different （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The CT findings of anomalous arterial supply to the normal left lower lobe and puhnonary sequestration were different. Anomalous arterial supply to the normal left lower lobe could be diagnosed by enhanced CT scanning.
