摘　　要：目的探讨布鲁氏菌性骨关节炎的CT表现。方法回顾性分析6例布鲁氏菌性骨关节炎的CT表现。结果 6例布鲁氏菌性骨关节炎的CT表现:(1)脊椎炎3例;L4、5病变2例,L4、5及L5、S1病变1例。CT表现为椎体边缘见多发不规则形骨质破坏、病灶周边增生硬化,椎间隙变窄,椎体边缘骨质增生,椎旁软组织肿块、椎旁脓肿、腰大肌脓肿形成。(2)脊椎外骨关节炎3例;骶髂关节炎1例,CT表现为髂骨关节面骨质破坏,关节面毛糙,关节间隙变窄;髋关节炎1例,CT表现为关节囊肿胀、关节腔积液;踝关节炎1例,CT表现为内踝、外踝和距骨骨质密度减低,周边软组织肿胀。结论骨关节炎是布鲁氏菌病的常见并发症,影像检查对布鲁氏菌性骨关节炎的诊断和治疗具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate CT fingings of brucellar osteoarthritis. Methods CT findings of 6 cases of brucellar osteoarthritis were retrospectively analyzed, Results CT features of brucellar usteoarthritis included： （1）Spondylitis （3 cases）： lesions in L4, 5 （ 2 cases ） ,lesions in L4, 5and L5, S1 （ 1 case ） . CT scans showed multiple irregular bone destruction m vertebral body edge, hyperostosis in lesions edge, intervertebral space narrowing,hyperosteogeny in vertebral edge,soft tissue mass,paraspinal abscess and psoas abscess.（2） Extraspinal osteoarthritis（3 cases）： Sacroiliitis （ 1 case ） ,CT scans showed irregular bone destruction in ilium, rough articular surface.and joint space narrowing. Hip arthritis （ 1 case ） ,CT scans showed articular capsule swelling and et}-usion. Ankle arthritis （ 1 case ） ,CT scans showed hypodense in medial malleolus,lateral malleolus and talus, surrounding soft tissue swelling. Conclusion Osteuarthritis is the most common complication of brucellosis, hnage examination is important to the diagnosis and treatment.
