摘  要:目的探讨醒脑静注射液在体外循环对家兔的脑保护作用。方法 20只家兔采用颈静脉-股动脉方式建立心肺转流(CPB)模型。随机均分为两组:A组于CPB预充液中按1ml/kg加入醒脑静注射液;B组则加入1ml/kg生理盐水。于转机前(T1)、主动脉阻断20min(T2)、主动脉开放20min(T3)和1h(T4),用ELISA方法检测颈静脉血神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平,并观察脑组织病理改变。结果 T2、T3、T4时,A组血NSE水平低于B组(P<0.05)。与B组比较,A组脑组织光镜及超微结构病理变化明显减轻。结论在家兔CPB模型中,预充液中加入醒脑静注射液对家兔脑损伤具有一定的保护作用。Objective To study the effects of Xinnaojing injection(XNJ) on serum neuron- specific enolase(NSE) in jugular venous blood and histopathology and ultrastrueture of brain tissue in rabbits undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB). Methods Twenty rabbits were equally randomized into two groups of A and B. CPB was established through the jugular vein to femoral artery. XNJ 1 ml/kg was added into the priming solution in group A, which was not in group 13. Blood samples were taken from jugular vein before CPB(T1), at 20 rain after aortic cross-clamping(T2) and 20 min (T3) and 1 h(T4) after aortic unclamping for determination of NSE with ELISA. The histopathology and ultrastructure of brain tissue were observed under light microscope after T4. Results Serum NSE at T2,T3 and T4 in group A was obviously less than that in group B(P〈0. 05). The ultrastructural pathological changes in brain tissues were obviously less in group A than those in group I3. Conclusion XNJ injection has a certain effect in protecting the brain from CPB-related injury in rabbits.
