摘  要:针对电刷镀制作Al2O3-13%TiO2复合陶瓷(AT13)涂层制作过程中工艺参数的控制,应用灰关联度法分析电刷镀工艺参数对涂层厚度的影响,根据试验结果生成各工艺参数的处理数据系列,建立涂层厚度关于各个参数的绝对灰关联矩阵,利用优势分析原则确定各工艺参数对涂层厚度的影响程度。结果表明,镀头运动速度、电流、电压的关联度均大于0.5,其中镀头运动速度关联度较大(ε13=0.9637),是主要影响因素。灰关联度分析结果与方差分析结果一致,可以作为优化电刷镀制备复合陶瓷涂层参数的一种新方法。In order to control process parameters for the electro-brush plated Al2O3-13%TiO2 (AT13) composite ceramic coating, effect of the process parameters on coating thickness was put forward by a grey relational analysis. The absolute gray relational matrix of the parameters combined with coating thickness was established by experimental data, and the effect of the parameters on coating thickness was analyzed by the superior analytical principle. The results show that the correlation of among working velocity, current and voltage of plating head is more than 0.5, and the correlation of working velocity is much more than that of the others, which correlation ε13 is 0. 9637. The results obtained by grey relational analysis is consistent with the analysis of variance, therefore, the method can be used to optimize the process parameters of composite ceramic coating prepared by electro-brush plating.
