高压氧联合复方甘草酸苷对寻常性银屑病外周血T细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的观察高压氧联合注射用复方甘草酸苷治疗进行期寻常性银屑病前后外周血T细胞亚群的变化情况,并观察临床疗效。方法选取60例进行期寻常性银屑病患者,随机分为对照组、治疗组,每组各30例。对照组每日静滴注射用复方甘草酸苷80mg,治疗组每日静滴复方甘草酸苷80mg+1次高压氧舱治疗,各组疗程均为4周。另选30例健康人群作为健康对照组。结果与健康对照组比较,进行期寻常性银屑病患者CD4+T细胞水平、CD4+/CD8+显著降低(P<0.05),CD8+T细胞水平显著升高(P<0.05);与治疗组治疗前比较,经高压氧联合复方甘草酸苷治疗后,CD4+T细胞水平、CD4+/CD8+均有显著升高,CD8+T细胞水平显著降低(P<0.05),临床总有效率达(93.3%)。结论高压氧联合复方甘草酸苷治疗对进行期寻常性银屑病疗效肯定,其机制可能与纠正患者外周血T细胞亚群的失衡状态有关。Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen and compound glycyrrhizin injection on psoriasis and peripheral blood T cells. Methods Sixty patients of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into con- trol and treatment groups, （n = 30 each）. The controls were treated with 80mg compound glycyrrhizin injec- tion,once-daily for 4 weeks. The treatment group was treated with the combination of hyperbaric oxygen and 80rag compound glycyrrhizin injection, once-daily for 4 weeks. Thirty healthy individuals were included as healthy controls. Results Compared with the healthy controls, CD4^＋ T cells and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in peripheral blood of psoriasis patients were significantly decreased（ P 〈 0.05）, but CD8^＋T cells were significantly in- creased（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment with the combination of hyperbaric oxygen and compound glycyrrhizin in- jection ,CD4^＋T cells and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ cells were upregulated and CO8^＋ T cells were decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total clinical efficiency of treatment was 93.3 %. Conclusion The combination of hyper- baric oxygen and compound glycyrrhizin injection is effective in treating psoriasis vulgaris, and its mechanism might be related to correct the imbalance of peripheral blood T cell subsets in patients.
