播散性浅表性光线性汗孔角化症1例及家系调查

摘　　要：患者男,77岁。颈部、躯干、四肢大量灰褐色角化性斑片40余年,偶有轻微瘙痒。皮肤科情况:颈部、躯干、四肢大量绿豆至扁豆大小环形或不规则环形灰褐色斑片,边缘呈角化性堤状隆起,中央略萎缩凹陷。家族3代中共4人患病。皮损组织病理:角化亢进,表皮性凹窝中有角化不全柱,下方无颗粒层,可见角化不良细胞。诊断:播散性浅表性光线性汗孔角化症。A case of 77-year-old male patient had a history of 40 years with numerous gray-brown keratotic plaques on the neck,trunk and limbs, occasionally with slight itching. A number of green beans to lentils sized, gray- brown keratotic plaques were located on his neck, trunk and limbs, with dike elevated edges and slightly and umbilicated central. Four family members had similar skin conditions in this three-generation family. His- topathological examination revealed hyperkeratosis, parakeratosis column in the epidermotropic recesses, dis- appearance of stratum granulosum underneath, and dyskeratosis cells. Diagnosis： disseminated superficial ac- tinic porokeratosis, DSAP.
