阿维A治疗寻常性银屑病42例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察阿维A治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法将入选的84例寻常性银屑病患者随机分为两组,各42例。治疗组予阿维A胶囊口服,对照组予消银片口服,对两组患者分别于治疗前及治疗第6周时进行银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分,比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果治疗第6周时治疗组有效率为92.86%,对照组为73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药过程中监测不良反应:治疗组有血甘油三酯升高,轻度口干、皮肤干燥;对照组有轻微腹泻。结论口服阿维A治疗寻常性银屑病的疗效好,安全性高。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of acitretin for psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Eighty-four cases with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups. Forty-two cases（ treatment group） were treated with acitretin capsules orally, and the other 42 cases were treated by Xiaoyin tablets, respectively. After 6 weeks,Psoriasis Area and Severity Index （PASI） score and adverse reactions were recorded. Results The efficacy of treatment after 6 weeks were 92.86% and 73.81% respectively in the treatment and control group, showing significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Elevated blood triglycerides, mild dry mouth, dry skin were observed in treatment group,andmild diarrhea occurred in the controls. Conclusion Oral acitretin treatment for psoriasis vulgaris is effective and safe.
