摘  要:对P92钢焊接接头采用正火+高温回火、一次高温回火、二次高温回火和三次高温回火四种不同的热处理方式进行处理。对接头进行室温拉伸、高温短时拉伸、焊缝冲击、截面硬度及金相测试。对比发现,正火+高温回火热处理使得接头的组织、性能最为均匀,接头得到较好的综合性能;随着高温回火热处理次数的增加,接头的塑性及韧性逐步提升,但接头的强度基本没有变化,熔合线及焊缝组织晶界逐渐清晰。The P92 steel welded joints were treated by four kinds of post-weld heat treatments.It contained normalizing + high temperature tempering,once high temperature tempering,twice high temperature tempering and three times high temperature tempering.By using tensile test at room temperature and high temperature,impact test,hardness test and metallographic examination,it is found that normalizing + high temperature tempering make the microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joins equally distributed.With the increase of number of high temperature tempering,the plasticity and toughness of welded joins are gradually increased,joint strength unchanged and weld junction and grain boundary of welded joint are gradually clear.
