摘 要:通过机械能辅助渗铝对渗层的组织形貌及性能进行了研究,通过X射线衍射仪和显微硬度测试仪分析了渗层的物相结构与显微硬度,同时对渗层进行高温氧化试验和电化学阻抗分析。研究发现,机械能助渗可在较低的温度和较短时间内得到较厚的渗层,渗层主要为颗粒状柱状晶组织,且在靠近基体处有一层富碳层。渗铝层的物相结构主要为Fe2Al5相,此相硬度较高,为750~1000HV,耐磨性能良好;渗铝层具有良好的抗氧化性能和耐腐蚀性能。The microstructure and performance of aluminizing layer prepared by mechanical energy aided diffusing was studied. The microstructure and hardness of aluminizing layer were analyzed by XRD and hardness measurer. High temperature oxidation experiment and the surface EIS experiment of aluminizing layer were carried out. The results show that thick film of aluminizing layer can be obtained by mechanical energy aided diffusing at lower temperature and less time. The layers are mainly composed of granular and columnar structure, and the rich carbon layer is found near the base metal. The XRD shows that the phase of the aluminizing layer is mainly Fe2A15, and its hardness is 750 HV-1000 HV, so it has excellent wear resistance. The aluminizing layer shows excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance properties.
