摘  要:在铝酸盐体系溶液中分别加入NaF、C3H8O3、KZrF6及Ce(NO3)3·6H2O,对SiC增强铝基复合材料进行微弧氧化处理,对所获得的膜层用扫描电镜进行形貌观察分析,用极化曲线评价比较膜层耐蚀性。结果表明:在铝酸盐体系溶液中加入NaF、C3H8O3和引入Ce元素都可以提高膜层致密性及耐蚀性能,加入KZrF6后膜层的微观结构变化不大,耐蚀性略有提高。Micro-arc oxidation treatment of SiC reinforced aluminum matrix composite was carried out in the aluminate solution which was added NaF, C3HsO3, KZrF6 and Ce (NO3)3 6H20. Morphology of coating was observed and analyzed by SEM; corrosion resistance of coating was evaluated and compared with the polarization curves. The results show that: in the aluminate solution, adding NaF, C3H8O3 and introduce Ce elements can improve the density and corrosion resistance of coating. Microstructure of coating has little change after adding KZrF6, but the corrosion resistance of coating increases slightly.
