摘　　要：地方党政关系研究是现代政治研究的一个重要内容。对于中国社会而言,探析地方层级党政关系的历史状态及其演进,揭示其客观引发的历史思索和现实价值具有重要意义。综合运用历史学、政治学等相关学科的研究方法,对民国时期江苏地方党政关系进行了较为全面的历史观照,企望能够还原当时的历史图景,为后发国家的地方党政关系模式的选择与建构提供一定的理论思考。The local party-government relations is an important part in the study of modern politics. For China,it is of great interest and importance to explore the historical state and development of the relations and to expose the historical reflections and realistic significance that the relations have brought about objectively. This paper, by using the research methods in the study of history, political science as well as other disciplines, makes a comprehensively historical summary about the local party government relations in Jiangsu in the period of Nanjing National Government, intending to restore the historical picture of the time and offer some theoretical thinking on the choices and construction of models for local party-government relations for developing countries.
