摘　　要：叙述了新余钢铁有限责任公司采用偏心炉底出钢技术改造电炉的决策、实施过程，分析了改造效果，归纳了几点体会。It expounds the policy decision of applying the technique of tapping from eccentric furnace bottom and its implementation.Then it analyses the effect after remaking followed by several items of experience concluded.
