摘　　要：仪器仪表数据采集之前,往往需要经过量程控制电路衰减或放大,使其电压处于适合于取得较高A/D转换精度的范围之内。系统利用单片机与多路选择器及A/D转换器实现仪器仪表量程的自动转换过程,提高测量仪器仪表智能化程度。Before data collection by instruments,the attenuation or amplification of circuits always need to be range con-trol,to make the voltage in a suitable range for higher A/D conversion accuracy. The MCU,multiplexer and A/D converter are used to achieve instrumentation range automatic conversion process,to improve the intelligent degree of measurement instrument.
