摘 要:根据柿竹园钨钼铋萤石多金属矿石的工艺矿物学特性,研究开发出GY 法浮钨新工艺。用改性水玻璃选择性抑制萤石等脉石矿物,用铅盐活化钨矿物,用新型螯合捕收剂( 代号:GY) 混合浮选黑钨矿和白钨矿,对混合粗精矿进行加温精选,得到白钨精矿;对精选尾矿,用GY 捕收剂浮选,得到黑钨精矿。工业试验结果表明,对w( WO3) 为0-47 % 的原矿,钨精矿中 w( WO3) 可达到70-07 % ,钨总回收率达到81-62 % 。与733 氧化石蜡皂法相比,钨粗精矿量大为减少,回收率大幅度提高。According to the characteristics of process mineralogy of shizhuynan W Mo Bi CaF 2 polymetallic ores, the authors have developed a new technology for wolfram flotation after several years of researches. In this technology, a modified sodium silicate is used to selectively depress gangue minerals such as fluorite etc., lead salt to activate wolfram minerals and GY—a new type chelating collector to foat wolframite and scheelite bulkly, and then cleaning flotation of scheelite at elevated temperature and wolframite slime flotation are conducted. Good results can be obtained in lab and commercial tests. As compared with conventional 733 paraffin wax method, the technique can reduce greatly rough concentrate and improve greatly W recovery. Therefore, this is an important breakthrough in wolfram flotation technique.
