摘 要:研究了六偏磷酸钠对石灰石的助磨作用,结果表明,六偏磷酸钠对石灰石的超细磨有明显的助磨作用,而对粗磨无助磨作用;六偏磷酸钠的助磨作用与磨矿浓度、磨机及研磨介质的类型有关,对以玻璃球为研磨介质的立式搅拌磨机,六偏磷酸钠的助磨效果最好,当Na2CO3 和六偏磷酸钠用量分别为0-4 kgt 和0-5 kgt,磨矿浓度为50 % 时,可缩短研磨时间,降低能耗30 % ~50 % 。The effect of sodium hexametaphosphate on grinding of limestone is investigated in this paper. The results show that sodium hexametaphosphate has a marked promoting effect on extrafine grinding of limestone, which depends on the concentration of grinding pulp and the types of grinder and grinding medium, but has no effect on its coarse grinding. In the case of attritor grinder using glass balls as grinding medium, the promoting effect is the most marked. When the dsages of sodium hexametaphosphate and Na 2CO 3 are 0 5 kg/t and 0 4 kg/t, respectively, and the concentration of the grinding pulp is 50%, the grinding time can be reduced, resulting in a 30%~50% reduction in energy consumption.
