摘 要:研究生根剂及温度对白栀子花扦插的影响,旨在解决生产中栀子花育苗效率低和新品种扩繁速度慢的问题。选择3种生根试剂处理栀子花插条,采用露地和搭建拱棚2种方法进行扦插试验,筛选最适宜扦插生根试剂和扦插方法。结果表明,IBA、ABT、NAA处理的栀子花插条成活率分别为85.0%、84.0%、73.3%,显著高于清水对照(68.6%)(P<0.05)。利用生根试剂IBA处理栀子花插条有利于生根,提高成活率,同时搭建拱棚有利于插条生长。Effect of rooting reagent and temperature on cuttings of Gardeniajasminoides was studied to solve the problems of low efficiency and speed of new varieties breeding in production.3 kinds of rooting reagents were selected, conducting the cutting experiment in opening field and shed, so as to find the most suitable rooting reagent and cutting method.The results showed that,using IBA,ABT,NAA processing Gardenia jasminoides cuttings, the survival rates were 85.0%, 84.0%, 73.3% respectively, and significantly higher than that of CK (68.6%) (P〈0.05).The rooting reagent IBA processing Gardeniajasminoides cuttings was helpful to rooting, raising survival rate, and arch shed could promote the growth of cuttings.
