摘 要:研究利用参数L-系统对温室番茄植株的生长过程进行快速高效的三维可视化仿真的方法。首先根据番茄植株的生长特点从图像中提取植株骨架,分析其拓扑结构,总结出番茄植株生长的参数L-系统公式集,然后利用图像与计算机图形学相结合的方法,对公式集进行图形符号解释,模拟再现番茄植株的生长过程。为了保证真实性,重建的虚拟番茄植株的茎干骨架利用来自Kinect数字化结果的真实番茄植株的茎干样本进行绘制;叶片采用了基于图像与图形相结合的方法重建,花和果实用纯图形学方法进行模拟。在VC++平台上,结合OpenGL图形库实现了可视化仿真过程。研究中所提出的方法能够较好地模拟温室番茄植株动态生长的过程,同时具备快速性与真实性。Using a parametric L-system,a fast and effective 3D reconstruction method for the growth of greenhouse tomato plant was proposed. Based on the observation and analysis on the stereo structure of tomato plant,rules and parameters were extracted to assemble an L-system that was able to simulate the plant growth, and then the characteristics of the L-system into plant organ entities were interpreted by image processing and computer graphics techniques.During reconstruction, in order to guarantee the faithfulness to the real tomato plant, the reconstructed tomato stem skeleton was consisted of real tomato stem samples collected and analyzed by Kinect in a digitization process.The 3D reconstruction of tomato leaf was based on real leaf images and simulated images.The 3D reconstruction of tomato flowers was purely graphic process.The 3D reconstruction of tomato fruits was presented differently according to its degree of ripeness.The proposed method was realized and visualized on a VC++ platform with the standard graphic programming interface OpenGL.A complete growth process of greenhouse tomato plant was illustrated.By comparing the visualized model with an actual plant, it was verified that the proposed method could efficiently and faithfully simulate the growing process of greenhouse tomato plant.
