摘 要:从1262年开始,由水利专家郭守敬主持的元大都城市水利规划与建设,历时30年,围绕城市用水和漕运补水两方面,探索了一系列前所未有的规划建设举措,最终解决了北京千余年建城史上一直未能解决的漕运缺水及城市用水问题。此外,元代还确立了北京800年城市发展史上最具典型意义的城市水景观系统和较为完善的城市水系管理措施。围绕元大都水系建设规划历史,分析了水系完善和改造过程,探讨了城市水系管理与城市景观等方面的关系。The river planning and construction of the Great Capital of Yuan Dynasty, chaired by the water conservation expert Guo Shoujing, was started from 1262. In three decades of construction, the planner explored a series of unprecedented building initiatives, aiming in optimizing urban water system and water transport system, and ultimately solved the water shortage issue, which was the top challenge lasting for a thousand years in the history of Beijing. In this process, the water-surrounding cityscape and a complete river management system were established, which was the most typical image in the long history of more than eight hundred years of Beijing. This paper focuses on the history of river system planning and construction, analyzes the process of river system improvement and transformation, and explores the relationship between urban water management and urban landscape.
