摘　　要：新一轮的新农村建设要求谋求村庄发展的内在动力,使新农村建设与村庄发展进入良性循环过程。井冈山市茅坪新村建设规划在前期规划过程中充分考虑片区未来发展的内在动力,将片区作为一个旅游片区进行打造,强化了未来村落经济的活力与潜力。规划立足于妥善保护和合理利用茅坪地区自然及人文资源等特色因子,提炼了"山水.田园.人居"的理念,构建了"一脉四区"的功能格局,营造了自然、乡土、和谐的村庄环境,充分彰显了村庄自身特色,促进了新村建设及社会经济发展,是将农村旅游规划与新农村建设有机融合的一次有益探索。Future new vil age development requires integration of construction and inner development for sustainable development. Maoping new vil age construction planning ful y considers future development forces, develops the area as a holistic region, and enhances the vitality and potential of vil age economy. The plan abstracts nature, land, living concepts, builds one context, four zones structure, creates natural, vernacular, and harmonious vil age environment, promotes new vil age construction and socio-economic development, and integrates tourism planning and new vil age construction.
