摘　　要：介绍新的硼氢化试剂乙酰氧基硼氢化钾的制备方法，以及新的硼氢化试剂与烯烃反应，在相转移催化下插入：CX2（X＝Cl，Br），"一锅反应"合成二烷基酮的简便方法。The preparation of potassium acetoxylborohydride as a new hydroboration reagent and itshydroborating alkene are described. Then,under PTC conditions the insertion of dihalocarbene(:CX2,X =Cl,Br)into carbonboron bond and oxidization with alkaline hydrogen peroxide obtain corre-sponding dialkylketones,all is in one pot,which is the easiest method of forming ketone via organoboranes.
