摘　　要：杭州花港观鱼公园的规划设计、建设和管理立足人的求,在继承中国优秀园林艺术传统的基础上,吸收了西方特别是英国自然式园林的优点,具有重大的创新和突破,对西湖风景名胜区公园建设乃至中国风景园林建设产生了重大影响,是新中国园林规划设计和建设的优秀典范。到目前为止,参观游览花港观鱼公园的海内外游客已经超过1亿人次。设计者孙筱祥先生的设计理念是在创新中继承中国优秀的园林艺术传统和借鉴国外园林设计的精华,才能成功创作优秀的风景园林作品。The human scale and planning of Viewing Fish in Flower Pond Park, absorbing characteristics of the English landscape garden tradition while at the same time referencing the traditional Chinese garden, is a unique model for a Chinese park. It is a break through in the planning and design of modern Chinese park and should have a significant influence on the planning of West Lake public parks as well as those in the rest of China. So far more than 100 million tourists-both Chinese and international-have been to visit it. The design philosophy of mr. Sun Xiaoxiang, the park’s designer, is blend traditional innovative Chinese garden art with the essence of garden design from abroad to create this rich landscape work.
