摘  要:利用有限元法,分别建立了梁及实体转子模型,研究弯曲振动特性。考虑转动惯性、陀螺力矩、应力刚化及旋转软化效应,导出了相应的动力学方程。开发程序计算了转子的正、反进动频率、临界转速等。计算表明:旋转软化效应显著影响了转子弯曲的反进动模态,应力刚化则进一步影响了正进动模态。不同弯曲振动模态受到的影响不同,具有非线性特性。与梁模型相比,采用实体模型计算转子的弯曲振动,仿真度高,便于准确求解,同时也拓宽了转子动力学分析范围。The finite element models of the beam and solid rotor dynamics are established respectively for the bending vibtation analysis.The dynamic equations for the rotor are deduced from the effects of rotating inertia ,gyroscopic moments , stress stiffening and spin softening .The computer program is developed to determine the forward and backward whirl components,critical speeds.Calculations show that the spin softening effect has significant influence on the backward whirl modes and the stress stiffening effect strongly on the forward whirl modes .There is a big difference between the bending modes of different affected degree ,and the nonlinear characteristics are represented by the effects .The results is applied to the critical speeds .The accuracy of the solid model and the solution techniques have been demonstrated by comparison with results of the beam model ,explaining that the range of study on solid model rotor dynamics can be expand .
