摘 要:汽轮机运行中长期处于变工况运行状态,当前很多大型汽轮机都采用复合滑压运行方式以实现在整个负荷范围内的较高热经济性和安全性。针对汽轮机复合滑压运行滑压阶段的特点,借助调节级特性参数,并考虑汽轮机进汽阀门的压力损失,提出了汽轮机复合滑压运行滑压曲线的求取方法。同时以某600MW汽轮机为例,通过计算得到了汽轮机复合滑压运行的滑压曲线,并将该曲线与制造厂运行曲线进行对比分析,验证了该方法的正确性。Steam turbine have often been running in the variable working condition running state .On the current,a lot of large steam turbines operate at composite sliding pressure operation mode in order to achieve higher thermal efficiency and safety in the entire load range .According to the characteristics of steam turbine sliding pressure stage in composite sliding pressure operation ,this paper presents a method of obtaining sliding pressure curve in composite sliding pressure operation of steam turbine , on the basis of using governing stage characteristic parameter and considering the pressure loss of the turbine admission valves.At the same time,taking the 600MW steam turbine in power plant as an example ,the sliding pressure curve by calculating in composite sliding pressure operation of steam turbine is obtained , and the correctness is verified by comparing the calculated curve with the operation curve of the manufacturer .
