摘 要:在常规变工况计算方法的基础上进行一定的简化,以汽轮机变工况理论为基础,结合机组原则性热力系统计算,采用EXCEL编程,迭代计算得到某N600MW凝汽机组在热耗率验收工况THA下的主蒸汽参数变化的热耗修正曲线,计算结果得到的数值与设计值误差较小,最大误差分别是0.055%和0.073%,在工程允许的范围之内。通过应用该方法计算得到的THA工况下主蒸汽参数变化的热耗修正曲线图,能够尽快了解到机组的热经济性变化,对机组的经济安全运行具有一定的指导意义。This paper introduces a simple method which simplifies and ignores some conditions on the base of conventional variable condition calculation .Based on variable condition theory of steam turbine , combined with the unit principled thermal system calculation,heat rate correction curves for main steam parameters of a 600MW condensate unit in the THA condition were obtained by iterative calculation using EXcellsoftware .Results show that the values obtained with this simple method agree well with the designed value ,the maximum error is 0.055%and 0.073%,they are in the range of the engineering .Heat economical changes of unit can be found out as soon as possible from heat rate correction curves of main steam parameters change in the THA condition obtained through this method , it has some instructed significance for the economy and safety of unit running .
