摘 要:通过采用传统电纺丝装置(接收板接地或连接负压电源)、逆向电场及非接触式电纺丝装置等4种不同的电纺丝装置,在相同电压、接收距离、纺针直径、温湿度条件下,对20%的聚乙烯醇溶液进行电纺丝实验,观察不同装置中制得的纤维的沉积形态与形貌.还采用ANSYS有限元模拟对电纺丝装置的场强分布进行分析,并引入电化学理论解释了采用不同电纺装置时离子浓度的不同对所得电纺纤维形貌的影响,分析了产生差异的原因.The relationship between electric field setup and the resultant electrospun nanofiber deposition shape and morphology was studied by using totally four types of electrospinning apparatus including conventional electrospinning setup (the receiver is grounded or connected with negative power),inverse field electrospinning setup,non-contact electrospinning setup,and the 20% PVA(polyvinyl alcohol)solution was electrospun at the same applied voltage,receiving distance,spinning needle diameter,temperature and relative humidity,and the resulting nanofiber deposition shape and morphology were observed via photography.Also in this study,ANSYS finite element software was employed to simulate and analyze the field distribution on the four types of setups,and the influence from ion concentration of spinning solution on the resultant nanofiber morphology on different electrospinning apparatus was interpreted by introducing the electrochemistry theory.The reasons for the differences were analyzed,laying theoretical foundation for the development of new type of electrospinning equipment.
