文化创意园区企业集群融资的策动机理与路径

摘　　要：文章阐述了运用创意产业链集群和信誉链"双链"的"合力"共同策动集群融资的机理,结构方程模型(SEM)实证结果表明:创意产业链集群和信誉链质量对园区企业集群融资具有明显的"拉力"作用,且信誉链质量主要依赖于创意产业链集群,而政策制度环境和市场环境对创意产业链集群具有显著的促进作用,但对信誉链形成的激发作用不显著。针对园区内现实集群融资问题,提出政府推动与市场力量需有效匹配和建立群内财务公司实现集群融资的路径建议。The paper expounds the mechanism of using the join forces of creative industry chain cluster and credit chain to drive cluster financing together. The results of structural equation model （SEM） show that,the creative industry chain cluster and credit chain’s quality have an obvious“pull”effect to cluster financing of cultural and creative parks,and the quality of credit chain mainly depends on the creative industry chain cluster,the policy framework and market environment have a signifi-cant promoting effect on the creative industry chain cluster,but the excitation effect to credit chain’s formation is not obvious. The paper,aiming at the realistic cluster financing problems of cultural and creative parks,puts forward some suggestions on the path, which government promotion and market forces should be matched effectively and build finance companies within the group to realize cluster financing.
