芳基二磷酸酯阻燃剂的合成及阻燃聚碳酸酯的应用研究

摘　　要：以三氯氧磷、2,6-二甲酚、间苯二酚及对苯二酚为原料,通过亲核取代反应,在无溶剂的条件下成功合成了两种芳基磷酸酯化合物四-(2,6-二甲苯基)间苯二酚二磷酸酯(DMP-RDP)和四-(2,6-二甲苯基)对苯二酚二磷酸酯(DMP-HDP)。通过FT-IR和1H NMR对其化学结构进行了表征,利用热重分析(TGA)研究了合成产物的热稳定性。结果表明:两种产物的起始热分解温度分别为269℃和222℃,表明产物具有较好的热稳定性。将合成的两种产物分别添加到聚碳酸酯(PC)中制备阻燃PC材料,并通过极限氧指数(LOI)和垂直燃烧测试(UL94)研究了材料的阻燃性能。结果表明:当阻燃剂DMP-RDP和DMP-HDP的添加量都为4%时,材料都能通过UL94 V-0级,氧指数分别达到了34.8%和34.2%,表明合成的两种芳基磷酸酯阻燃剂对PC具有很好的阻燃效果。Two aromatic diphosphate compounds named tetra-（2,6-dimethy phenyl） resorcinol diphosphate （DMP-RDP）and tetra-（2,6-dimethy phenyl） hydroquinone diphosphate （DMP-HDP） were synthesized through nucleophilic substitution reaction by the original materials of phosphorus oxychloride, 2,6-xylenol, m-dihydroxybenzene and p-dihydroxybenzene without any solvent. The chemical structures were characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectra, and the thermal stability was tested by thermal gravity analysis （TGA）. The results show that： the initial decomposition temperatures are 269 ~C and 222 ~C respectively, which indicates the two prepared compounds possess excellent thermal stability. The flame retardant PC material were prepared by adding DMP-RDP and DMP-HDP in polycarbonate （PC）, and the flame retardant properties of materials were measured by limited oxygen index （LOI） and vertical burning （UL94）. The results show that both the two flame retardant PC materials reach to UL94 V-0 rating and the LOI values reach to 34.8% and 34.2 % with the loading amount 4% of DMP-RDP and DMP-HDP. It indicates that the two prepared aromatic diphosphate have great flame retardant effect on PC.
