摘 要:目的:筛选双藤痹痛凝胶膏剂的最适透皮吸收促进剂。方法:采用星点设计法考察月桂氮芯卓酮、油酸、丙二醇等因素对双藤痹痛凝胶膏剂中的雷公藤甲素和青藤碱体外透皮吸收的影响,对结果进行二次多项式方程拟合,结合效应面法,优选较佳处方,并进行预测分析。结果:经由二次多项式拟合方程的复相关系数证实,模型极其显著;处方中优化透皮吸收促进剂月桂氮芯卓酮、油酸、丙二醇的用量分别为3.80%、3.44%、6.39%,验证实验结果满意。结论:星点设计-效应面法适用于双藤痹痛凝胶膏剂透皮吸收促进剂的处方优化,所建立的模型可较好地描述本实验中因素与指标的关系,预测性良好。OBJECTIVE To optimize the matrix formulation of penetration enhancer of Shuangteng B/tong cataplasm. METHODS Central composite design was used in the experimental design, and response surface was produced in quadratic polynomial after data fitting in order to explore the impacts of azone, oleic acid and propylene glycol on the transdermal penetra- tion of Shuangteng Bitong cataplasm, optimized the prescription of the cataplasm matrix and performed the evaluation analysis. RESULTS According to the multiple correlation coefficient in the fitting method using quadratic polynomial, the model was significant different. The ratio of optimum proportion of azone, oleic acid and propylene glycol in the matrix of cataplasm was 3.80%, 3.44% and 6. 39%, respectively, which was proved efficaciously. CONCLUSION The central composite design-re- sponse surface method are useful for the optimization of penetration enhancer of Shuangteng Bitong cataplasm. The established model can describe the relation between factor and index and the outcome of prediction is good.
