摘 要:目的以白术内酯类成分为评价指标,比较歙白术与其他产地白术的质量差异。方法采用高效液相色谱法同时测定安徽、浙江5个产地白术药材中白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的含量。色谱柱:Agilent TC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(70∶30);检测波长:白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅲ的检测波长为220nm,白术内酯Ⅱ的检测波长为276nm;流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:室温;进样量:20μl。结果歙白术中白术内酯Ⅱ的含量显著高于其他产地白术。结论白术内酯类成分可作为不同产地白术质量的评价指标。Objective To compare the quality between Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. from She County and those from other places based on the content of atractylenolides. Methods The content of atractylenolides I, II, and III in Atractylodes rnacrocephala Koidz. from five places in Anhui and Zhejiang provinces, China was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). HPLC was performed on an Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-water (70:30) at a detection wavelength of 220 nm (for atractylenolides I and III) or 276 nm (for atractylenolide II ), a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, a column temperature of room temperature, and a sample size of 20μl. Results Atractylodes rnacrocephala Koidz. from She County had significantly higher content of atractylenolide 11 than those from other places. Conclusion Atractylenolides can be used as an evaluation index for the quality of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. from different places.
