摘　　要：目的:研究黄芪益气颗粒的免疫调节作用。方法:采用小鼠迟发型超敏反应实验及小鼠血清溶血素生成实验观察黄芪益气颗粒的免疫调节作用。结果:与空白对照组相比,黄芪益气颗粒中、高剂量能够明显降低小鼠耳肿胀度(P<0.05),并能明显提高血清溶血素吸光度值(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪益气颗粒具有明显的免疫调节作用。Objective： To study the Observe the immunoregulation effect hypersensitivity ex the control group, immunoregulation effect of Astragalus of Astragalus Yiqi granules by periment and mouse serum hemolysin formation experiment. Yiqi granules. Methods： ng mouse delayed type Results ： Compared with middle dose and high dose of Astragahas Yiqi granules could significantly decrease mice ear swelling degree （P〈0.05） and sig Conclusion ： Astrogalus Yiqi granules present cantly improve serum hemolysin absorbance value （P〈0.05）. obvious immunoregulation effect.
