摘 要:以往对某型末制导炮弹弹道特性的研究多基于单刚体弹道模型,弹体在飞行过程中所进行的力学分析仅考虑空气动力的作用,未考虑其结构内部具有独立运动部件的动力学特性的影响,这与实际弹体的力学环境有较大的差别。末制导炮弹弹体内惯导陀螺转子动力学特性会对其弹道特性产生的重要影响。为了建立更加精确的弹道模型,引入多刚体系统动力学理论建立末制导炮弹二体系统运动模型,全面分析了惯导陀螺与末制导炮弹弹体之间的力学关系,考虑二者的连接方式与约束关系,计算了二体之间的约束力与约束力矩,给出了弹体与陀螺二体联系方程。编制了末制导炮弹弹道仿真软件,对末制导炮弹惯导飞行增程弹道进行仿真,分析得到陀螺运动状态对弹道特性产生重要影响的结论,该结论为研究弹体结构优化设计奠定基础。To study the ballistic characteristics of terminal guided projectile, the ballistic equations of terminal guided projectile were established in case of single rigid body. The air dynamic was considered on the dynamic analyses of terminal guided projectile, but no forces come from inner of terminal guided projectile. The dynamic model of single body is not accurate enough. For the dynamic of gyro has influence on the body of projectile, multi-rigid body dynamic was introduced to build ballistic equations of two body. Considering the jointing mode and binding, dynamic relations between the body of terminal guided projectile and inertial guide gyro, two body motion ballistic equations were established. The simulation software for terminal guided projectile was compiled, and the numerical simulation of extended-range trajectory was carried out. The conclusions suggest that the state of gyro has important influence on ballistic characteristics of terminal guided projectile.
