摘  要:目的:探讨自闭症儿童家长的泛自闭症表型及与共情能力的相关性。方法:采用问卷调查法,向159名自闭症患儿家长和211名正常儿童家长进行泛自闭症表型问卷(BAPQ)和共情商数问卷(EQ)调查。结果:自闭症儿童家长组的泛自闭症表型总分及三个分量表分显著高于正常儿童家长组(P<0.05);自闭症儿童家长组在共情商数问卷上的得分显著低于正常儿童家长组(P<0.01);泛自闭症表型总分及三个分量表分、共情商数分无显著性别差异;泛自闭症表型总分及三个分量表分与共情商数分呈显著负相关(|r|=0.197~0.455,P<0.05),其中冷漠个性和语用障碍分别对共情能力具有负向预测效应(|β|=0.337、0.181,P<0.01)。结论:自闭症儿童家长的泛自闭症表型与共情能力有着密切关联,其中冷漠个性和语用障碍维度对共情能力具有负向预测作用。Objective: To explore associations between the broad autism phenotype and the empathy ability in parents of autistic children. Methods: Using questionnaire survey and correlation study design, selecting 159 parents of autistic children and 211 matched parents of normal children to receive the Broad Autism Phenotype Questionnaire(BAPQ) and the Empathy Quotient(EQ). Results: The broad autism phenotype scores of autistic group were significantly higher than the nor- mal group on the BAPQ(P〈0.05). The empathy scores of autistic group were significantly lower than the normal group on the EQ(P〈0.01). Sex difference is not significant on the scores of BAPQ and the EQ. The broad autism phenotype' s total scores and its three dimensions' scores had significantly negatively correlated with the empathy scores(r=-0.197^-0.455, P〈 0.05). The predicted effect of aloof personality and pragmatic language on empathy was 0.337 and 0.181 respectively. Con- clusion: There was significant association between the broad autism phenotype and the empathy ability in parents of autis- tic children; among them aloof personality and pragmatic language had a negative predicted effect on empathy ability.
