摘  要:采用酸溶消解处理冰铜样品,以氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)对其中的砷进行测定.探讨了试样消解方法、影响光谱测量的各种因素以及共存元素的干扰.结果表明,盐酸-硝酸-硫酸混酸溶样,硫脲-抗坏血酸溶液作掩蔽剂及预还原剂,共存元素没有明显干扰.砷的浓度在0~100 μg/L范围内线性良好,方法的检出限为0.05 μg/L.方法用于实际样品分析,测得结果与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法一致,相对标准偏差(n=11,RSD)小于7%,加标回收率为90%~95%.Acid-solution was used to digest the copper matte sample,and then hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was employed to determine the arsenic content in the sample.The sample digestion method,various factors that influence the spectral measurement,and the interference from coexisting elements were discussed.The results showed that when the mixed acid of hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-sulfuric acid was used to dissolve sample,thiourea-ascorbic acid was used as masking agent and prereduction agent,the coexisting elements did not significantly interfere the determination.The concentration of arsenic in the range of 0-100μg/L exhibited good linearity,and the detection limit of the method was 0.05 μg/L.The method was applied to the analysis of actual samples,and the measured results were consistent with those obtained by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,with the relative standard deviation (n=l1,RSD) being less than 7%,and the recovery being 90%-95%.
