简易实用躯干综合治疗台治疗假性腰椎滑脱症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察简易实用躯干综合治疗台对假性腰椎滑脱症的疗效.方法：将110例患者随机分为治疗组（55例）和对照组（55例）,治疗组采用简易实用躯干综合治疗台进行俯卧踝膝双向摆动牵引治疗,对照组则采用普通仰卧位机械牵引治疗.结果：治疗组总有效率为100.00％,高于对照组的85.18％ （P＜0.05）.结论：简易实用躯干综合治疗台治疗假性腰椎滑脱症可有效减轻疼痛,重建腰椎稳定性,具有实用性高、成本低、操作简单等优点,值得临床推广应用.Objective： To observe the curative effects of simple and practical trunk treatment table treating pseudo lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods：110 patients were randomty divided into treatment group （55 cases） and control group （55 cases）, treatment group adopted traction treatment of lie prostrate knee and ankle two-way swing on simple and practical trunk treatment table, control group with mechanical traction of ordinary supine posi~ tion. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 100%, higher than that of control group by 85.18% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Simple and practical trunk treatment table treating pseudo lumbar spondylolisthesis can effectively relieve pain and reconstruct the spinal stability, with the ad- vantages of high practicability, low cost, simple operation and so on, being worthy of clinical application.
